Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
1. We insist the customer to inspect the material carefully before signing the courier receipt. In case of transit damages, customer must mention in receipt as damaged.
2. To claim transit damages, we insist the customer to inspect the material immediately on receiving the receipt in presence of the courier person and can return the material to the same person after intimating the Santha customer care +91 89400 33040 or +91 9442145067.
3. In the case minor damages where the spares could be easily replaceable, the customer can intimate the Santha customer care. The spares will be sent free of cost to the customer in 3 to 4 business days
4. The product can be returned /exchanged in 7 days after date of delivery under the condition that our customer care is intimated within 3 days of delivery of the goods to your address only against Genuine quality issues
5. We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned
6. Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
7. Santha will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the customer only against Genuine quality issues and amount will be transferred to customer’s bank account provided accurate bank details are given
8. After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.
9. In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.
10. In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
11. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the product is been dispatched
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address given by the customer at the time of purchase
2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier
4. Package refused by recipient
5. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
