WARRANTY INFO

 

Santha Grinder has warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the retail customer when used under normal usage conditions. Motor has warranty for a period of Two years (1 + 1) from date of purchase. Under this period, service will be done free of cost and if any spares need to be replaced will be charged. The warranty does not cover wear and tear parts of such as Ball Bearings, Belt, Capacitor, Switch, Tellon washer & o ring.

The guarantee does not cover fault or damage resulting from transport damages, accidents, electrical fluctuations, attempted repairs, mishandling or negligence on the part of the customer or general wear and tear. To avail warranty service, the grinder has to be sent under pre-paid freight to our factory / our nearest branch / service point along with bill copy and warranty card duly filled in by the retailer. During the warranty period, the entire product will not be replaced or exchanged. Only spares will be replaced in the case of any manufacturing defects.

 

For service simply call 1800 1208400 OR +91 94421 45067.  Our customer service agents will assist you from 9 a.m to 6 p.m. The products will be serviced within 15 days period from the date of registration. The decision of our authorized service agent will be final in detecting the cause of the problem and until completion of service.

For service outside India register your complaint by sending a mail to our customer care mail@santhagrinders.com or service@santhagrinders.com. Enter your Serial Number and a brief description of the fault. Customers are strongly urged that only authorized service agents or certified electricians be the only ones to service the electrical appliances.  


 

HOW TO USE YOUR GRINDER

  • Connect the AC power cord to the wall socket gently.
  • Switch on the machine and slowly add the material to be ground into the grinder .
  • The Lid can be opened to see the texture of the ground material while the machine is running.
  • Use the spatula or spoon to collect the ground material as the machine is running.
  • Switch off the machine and collect the ground material.
  • The roller stones need not be removed in Tilting models.
