Terms & Conditions
1. Santha Grinder has Warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the retail customer when used under normal usage conditions.
2. The warranty does not cover wear and tear of parts such as Ball Bearings, Belt, Capacitor, Switch, Teflon washer, o ring. The warranty does not cover fault or damage resulting from transport damages, accidents, electrical fluctuations, attempted repairs, mishandling or negligence on the part of the customer or general wear and tear.
3. To avail warranty service, the grinder has to be sent under pre-paid freight to our factory/our nearest branch/service point along with bill copy and warranty card duly filled in by the retailer.
4. During warranty period the entire product will not be replaced or exchanged. Only spares will be replaced in the case of any manufacturing defects.
5. Free service and replacement under Warranty does not extend the term of Warranty in any manner.
6. The Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase
7. For repairs after the expiry of the Warranty period, nominal charges will be applicable for the parts replaced.
8. For Service simply call 1800 120 8400 or +91 94421 45067.Our customer service agents will assist you from 9 am to 6 pm. The products will be serviced within 15 days period from the date of registration.
9. The decision of our authorized service agent will be final in detecting the cause of the problem and until completion of service. Customers are strongly urged that only authorized service agents or certified electricians be the only ones to service the electrical appliances.
